As those of you following me here on dA may have noticed, I'm back at work in earnest on the comic project. My intention is to create prototype 'Origin' covers for each of the main characters, and use those in creating a presentation video for Kickstarter. Hopefully I'll be able to secure enough funding for some requisite hardware and upgrades, and start getting this off the ground for real with some actual printed books.

I'm still working out the final numbers and reward 'levels', but so far it's looking to be in the neighborhood of $10-15k. That includes the print run of the first completed book, pledge rewards, and the hardware upgrades and purchases necessary to produce pages at a respectable rate of speed.

It's a lot of work, but if it pans out, it'll be a great series of comics created completely in 3D software, with what I hope will prove to be engrossing storylines with intriguing characters.
